Varsity comes out of stealth with a €150M seed fund

WE BACK EARLY
AND STAY USEFUL
Capital matters. It creates time, leverage and room to move. But it does not build judgment.
Too many difficult decisions are still made in isolation: who to hire, what to prioritise, when to raise, when to push forward and when to change course. That is where experience matters, when it is transferred precisely, applied to the decision at hand and backed by real expertise.
Varsity brings clarity when choices become blurred, perspective when speed distorts judgment, and discipline when ambition needs structure.
The work continues long after the investment: at the board, between calls, through key hires, difficult trade-offs and every new stage of growth.
Around Varsity, knowledge moves continuously between partners and founders. Not as a network built for display, but as a working ecosystem designed to challenge decisions, raise standards and help CEOs do their best work.
Varsity backs the next generation of CEOs and stays useful as they become them.
Judgment
